Return Eligibility
We only accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect items received
- Defective or damaged items
- Major manufacturing defects
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must still be attached
- Request must be made within 7 days after receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Slight measurement differences
- Sale or clearance items
- Worn, washed, or damaged items caused by customer handling
Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us via email or direct message with your order number
- Attach clear photos/videos of the issue
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days
If approved:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was from our side
- Replacement items will be shipped once the returned parcel is received and inspected
Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by HeyGetDat.
